Privacy
How this site handles the information you share.
This is a small, independent consultancy site. I collect the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and deliver the self-service tools — and nothing more. This page explains what that means in plain language.
What I collect
This site collects the minimum needed to answer enquiries and run its tools.
- Contact and booking form: name, email, current systems, project details, and preferred call time
- Assessment answers and optional follow-up email
- Audit inputs, calculated result, and a shareable report URL
- Free-text descriptions sent to the AI pain matcher; no name or email is required
- A salted one-way IP hash and timestamp for abuse prevention and rate limiting
Where it is stored
Form submissions, assessment and audit data, and report URLs are stored in Cloudflare D1 and processed by Cloudflare Workers. No separate CRM or third-party database is used. Short notifications containing submitted details are sent to the owner through Telegram; Telegram never receives the IP address.
Analytics
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free aggregate service. It does not set advertising cookies or build cross-site tracking profiles.
How I use it
Information is used to answer enquiries, schedule calls, deliver requested assessment or audit results, and improve self-service matching. Data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used to train public models. Client work is governed by the agreed MSA/SOW and, for EU clients, a GDPR DPA.
Security and processors
Cloudflare hosts the site, processes requests, and stores the form and tool records. Telegram receives a short notification containing the details you submit so an enquiry is not missed; your IP address is never sent to Telegram. There is no separate database, CRM, or advertising vendor. Client project data is handled under the agreed MSA/SOW and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege.
Retention
Contact inquiries and project notes are retained for 12 months for communication history, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized upon request. Self-service calculator and assessment reports stored in Cloudflare D1 are retained for 6 months. Telegram notification alerts are archived and deleted alongside project inquiries.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data submitted through this site. EU and UK residents also have GDPR rights including restriction, portability, and objection.
